Job description

NARS is looking for a Retail Experience and Operation Manager who will be responsible to drive and execute the brand commercial strategy, provide leadership in driving sales and developing high performing teams through delivering consumer-centric omnichannel and excellent Artistry experience. This position will lead the retail experience and operation team to strategically plan and execute sales strategies for all POS within Hong Kong & Macau in conjunction with corporate and retail partners.

Commercial Management:

  • Drive strategies and establish action plans to maximum effectiveness in achieving business objectives and targets, with emphasis on profitability and efficiency

  • Accountable for the establishment and achievement of annual, monthly, and weekly sales objectives across omni-channel in coordination with the overall business plan

  • Work in partnership with Business Planning, Marketing team and Education team to create strategies to ensure achievement of sales plans by building brand and category growth

  • Explore new channels and ideas on promotion, retailtainment and engagement events to drive sales and enhance customer engagement

  • Have in-depth knowledge of the market and monitor competitor performance to determine the greatest opportunities and action plans to support business growth

  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, trade partners and develop sales enablement plans to maximize growth opportunities

  • People Management:

    • Provide leadership to motivate Frontline team, while ensuring them to achieve assigned KPIs with frequent review and actionable recommendations

    • Provide ongoing performance management, developing the team through coaching, mentoring, on-the-job development, and seizing appropriate developmental opportunities

    • Artistry Experience Management:

      • Create and initiate best in class artistry experience to drive customer loyalty and build brand love

      • Strengthen great artistry experience with close monitor of CX KPI to enhance customer satisfaction

      • Job Requirement:

        • Degree holder in Business or relevant discipline

        • At least 8 years of solid experience in retail management, preferably in Makeup, Luxury Beauty industry, of which 5 years or above in managerial level

        • Strong people management, interpersonal and communication skills

        • Ability to create and analyze business strategies

        • Ability to listen to and understand the needs of the customer, translating those needs into strategic direction

        • Effective planning and time management skills

        • Forward thinking, result oriented with positive working attitude

        • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
