Job description

We are looking for a Manager - Retail Experience and Development who will be responsible for leading a team of Assistant Managers, Area Managers and Counter Chief to manage retail experience & development. Lead the team to achieve company objective, business targets and services excellence. With "customer first" mindset, formulate and execute retail experience & development plans to maximize store productivity, conjunction with corporate and retail partners.

Commercial Management:

  • Proactively plan and monitor sales progress, business potentials and provide insights and timely action plans
  • Strategically drive sales across Omni-channel to achieve business targets
  • Monthly target/incentive settings, support with concrete monthly building block plan
  • Regular performance review and communication with frontline team, participate events and store visit to drive retail experience excellence & business opportunities
  • Identify weakness and opportunities, explore and develop short to mid-term new business opportunities to maximize brand sales
  • Work with internal departments, Marketing, Operation Team to effectively implement sales activities, business promotion initiatives and customer experience engagement plans
  • Develop monthly promotion plan, VIP & trade events promotion proposal to support sales, branding and customer engagement for Senior Manager endorsement
People Management:

  • Lead and influence teammates to take initiatives and walk extra miles to drive retail experience excellence and achieve assigned KPIs with agility
  • Conduct regular team review including frontline leaders to understand obstacles and challenges, support with efficient & effective solutions
  • Provide ongoing performance management, developing the team through coaching, mentoring, on-the-job development, and seizing appropriate developmental opportunities
  • Work with Senior Manager to create effective mechanisms to motivate, recognize and retain talents
Customer Relations Management:

  • Collaborate with training team in driving retail excellence through store visit & insights sharing
  • Work closely with CRM team to review yearly CRM events, campaigns & programs effectiveness in driving new customers & existing customers retail experience and engagement
Job Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Business or relevant discipline
  • At least 10 years of solid experience in retail management, preferably in luxury beauty industry, of which 5 years or above in managerial level
  • Strong people management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to create and analyze business strategies
  • Customer centric, always walk extra miles in driving extraordinary service excellence
  • Effective planning and time management skills
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
