- As Team Lead to develop and implement Commercial sales strategy and plan leveraging market trend, store and customer insight by BI and data analysis with emphasis on profitability and efficiency
- Provide leadership to motivate Frontline team, while ensuring them to achieve assigned KPIs with frequent review and actionable recommendations
- Provide ongoing performance management, developing the team through coaching, mentoring, on-the-job development, and seizing appropriate developmental opportunities
- Work in partnership with Marketing team and Education team to create strategies to ensure achievement of sales plans by building brand and category growth
- Oversee Demand planning & forecast to deliver healthy inventory management and drive category growth
- Have in-depth knowledge of the market and monitor competitor performance to determine the greatest opportunities and action plans to support business growth
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, trade partners and develop sales enablement plans to maximize growth opportunities
- Assist Brand Director in P&L management focusing on sales planning and frontline productivity
- Degree holder in Business or relevant discipline
- At least 8 years of solid experience in retail management, preferably in Skin Care, Beauty industry, of which 5 years or above in managerial level
- Strong people management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create and analyze business strategies
- Ability to listen to and understand the needs of the customer, translating those needs into strategic direction
- Effective planning and time management skills
- Forward thinking, result oriented with positive working attitude
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
