Job description


  • Assist to plan, formulate and implement brands' integrated 360 marketing and communication strategies to build brand awareness, drive traffic and conversion

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist in development effective marketing & communication strategies to drive brand heat and business growth including new product launch, in-store event, social media, advertising plan, PR and CRM activities
  • Assist in implementation of PR initiatives such as press kit, PR & KPI reports, sample management, product loans and influencer/celebrity seeding program.
  • Work closely with retail operations, visual merchandising and buying teams to implement retail marketing activities to support stores
  • Create content and manage day-to-day digital and social media calendar
  • Negotiate and implement joint promotion and advertising spaces in malls
  • Evaluate metrics of marketing promotions/activities and provide deep analytical reports to management teams
  • Work closely with media and other vendors to carry out traditional and digital brand campaigns
  • Ad hoc projects

  • Minimum 2-3 years in marketing /PR experience. Fashion retail is preferred.
  • Excellent English in writing, speaking, listening and reading
  • Good fashion sense and passionate on fashion retail industry
  • Highly organized, self-initiative, logical and responsible
  • Flexible and adaptable to business needs and dynamic retail environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
  • Detail oriented and good at number crunching
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
