Key Responsibilities:
Brand Merchandising
Immerse global I2P process
Lead GTM process, from sell-in to sell thru
Effectively elevate in-store assortment, turn, inventory management to hit business target
Supply Chain
Take care of supply chain related matters
Main Aspects(management responsibility):
Daily Scope of Work
Brand Merchandising
o Proactive merchandising in-season solution
o Local market product quality assurance, keep collecting local feedback and get back to global team
o Inventory & replenishment for all channel
o Take care of daily allocation between different channel
Supply Chain
o Support daily custom clearance of product information
Weekly Scope of Work
Sell thru tracking both for retail online/offline stores.
Weekly B2C allocation & replenishment
Weekly arrival status and tracking key products delivery
Monthly work scope
GTM process follow up, such as review key product arrival status, key benefit for key initiatives, display in stores, and product allocation in stores (online offline)
GTM process review, review sell-out results monthly and take further action plan
Yearly Scope of Work
Brand Merchandising
o Immerse global I2P process
Pre-season global meeting attendance (twice per year), bring local consumer needs to global side
Competitor survey, consumer insights (twice per year)
Lead GTM process, from sell-in to sell thru. (twice per year)
o Global sales meeting attendance
o Merchandising strategy define
o Efficient line plan, price strategy, channel differentiation, GTM package
o B2C buying plan
o Local trade show lead
o Sell-in feedback
o All channel order collecting
o Preseason GTM kick off meeting
o In-season sell out result tracking
o Product training
o Online strategy for 618 and Double 11 Campaign
o Offline discount and allocation strategy between FP stores and FOC stores
Supply Chain
o Take care of yearly sock taking and logistic cost control
