The role of the Office Coordinator is responsible for running and coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties in order to provide an excellent level of customer service both internally and externally and to ensure the Office operates effectively and efficiently and is positioned to cater for ongoing growth. The role requires someone with good communication skills, cheerful with a 'can do' attitude, ability to prioritize work, and multi-tasking.

Job description

Main Responsibilities

  • Implementation and maintenance of office procedures and policies to ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally including sourcing of office materials and suppliers, postage and couriers, and managing the reception functions (if any).

  • Office maintenance - ensure all physical aspects of the office are appropriately maintained, repaired and upgraded where applicable. Ensuring OH&S standards are met in the office including the preservation of the building and staff's security needs.

  • Support the organizing of the staff events and gifting.

  • Responsible for uploading admin related invoices to accounting system


  • Diploma holder will be preferred

  • Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

  • Attentive to details

  • Immediate available is preferable
