Job description

The incumbent will be responsible for providing support in managing all HR procedures and ensure smooth day to day HR operations.
- Prepare and maintain employment records for new hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions in HR system such as SAP and SuccessFactors
- Provide support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, offboarding, application for work passes, etc.
- Assist to maintain and update HR platform such as Digital P-file system, e-Greeting card system
- Assist to maintain and update HR documentations, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to different functions within the team for ensuring the efficiency
- Communicate with both internal and external parties for daily business coordination and meeting arrangement
- Support departmental works and other ad hoc duties as assigned


- University Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related disciplines
- With 2 - 3 years relevant working experience gained in sizable organizations
- Good understanding in both Hong Kong and Macau Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
- Hands on experience in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge/ experience in HRIS is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people of different levels and background
- Able to adapt fast-paced and multinational working environment
- Detailed-minded, well-organized, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good command in both written & spoken English
