Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Sales & Operations Team
• Work closely with internal department & frontline counter chief to ensure operation efficiency
• Assist in managing store facilities, decorations, and amenities, such as counter tools replenishment, flower arrangement, department store working permit application etc.
• Provide support on event, workshop, staff sales, seasonal gifting arrangement
• Coordinate with external contractors / vendors on routine repair & maintenance
• Assist in monthly & events POS system promotion quick code setting
• Arrange counter stock take and follow up on report accuracy
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
• 1-3 years working experience in administrative work in sizeable company, skincare & cosmetic industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in PC software application like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• Good Command in English & Chinese
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, initiative, self-motivated person with good problem solving and effective communication skills in interacting with people at all levels
• Able to multi-task with good time management, attention to details and accuracy
