• Provide administrative and clerical support to Operations team


• Undertake general clerical duties including data entry, filing etc


• Follow up the purchase of operations material to maintain store supplies


• Provide support for stock and logistics arrangement


• Ad hoc assignments by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• DSE graduate or above, fresh graduate or university students are welcome


• Experience in administrative support is highly preferred


• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing


• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese


• Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Working schedule: 3 days a week and 8 hours per day


• Immediate available would be ideal
