Degree holder with at least 2 years relevant working experience
Mature, detail-minded, initiative, well-organized and pleasant personality with strong sense of responsibility
Knowledge in handling correspondence (both English and Chinese) with internal and external parties
Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft office application and Chinese Word Processing
Familiar with Mac OS and social media platforms
Immediate available is preferred
Provide a wide range of personal assistance and executive secretarial support to the top management
Assist the sales work at a kids’ garment and English book store owned by director
Manage director’s online business
Organize and coordinate with both internal and external parties for meeting and appointment schedule
Handle travel arrangement, incoming mail, email and telephone call and filing document
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
