You are responsible for the short and long term consumer focused strategy and plans of the assigned brand(s). You shall ensure execution excellence to put the strategy in place and facilitate a complete measuring process to get learning and improvements for future strategy/plan development. You will be part of the leadership team to transform the organisation to a big data marketing driven company.
•Develop strategic positioning of the assigned brand(s) based on white space in market and learning in the past
•Develop hero ideas to bring the relevant positioning of the assigned brand(s) to life
•Develop full year marketing plan to expand user base and optimize retention with focus on consumer engagement and experience
•Develop monthly marketing calendar, sales forecast and manage inventory proactively to ensure we deliver the business goal
•Lead continuous analysis in customer needs together with market intelligence to identify areas for improvement to sharpen brand strategy and plans
•Lead and manage brand’s communication strategy including content, KOL, word of mouth community, etc on digital and social platforms.
•Mobilize and Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and executions excellence of marketing initiatives
•Manage and allocate marketing fund to build the brand properly and optimize ROI
•Work closely with internal and external parties in program evaluation to learning and sharpen execution plans and improve ROI
•At least 5 years solid experiences in consumer product marketing/brand marketing experience in the field of FMCG/skincare/healthcare/beauty industry is highly preferable.
•Experience in digital platform with social network and consumer relationship building
•Strong entrepreneurial mindset, analytical, problem solving and communications skills
•Creative and Open-minded, proactive, flexible, dynamic ,resourceful and energetic
•Strong consumer and marketing sense, and excited to innovate in a fast-paced and rapidly expanding organization
•Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
•Proficiency in PC skills and Chinese word processing is a must
