Job description
Main Responsibilities
- Initiate, plan and implement marketing programs that are in line with total brand strategy, drives sales growth, market share and brand health
- Leverage researches and knowledge on market, category, competitors, consumers to define portfolio strategy & product propositions
- Monitor sales, share performance and competitive activities. Conduct analysis and reviews, propose actions to expand sales and gain share
- Formulate and monitor launch animation performance in 360 perspectives, including VM planogram and instore display
- Collaborate with Communications team to lead agencies in developing and producing engaging, insight-led communication contents, that encompass all touchpoints including digital (esp. in emerging media), PR, traditional media and in-store.
- Propose and implement in-store animation including promotions, events, services and gifts that delight consumers and amplify business results
- Develop and implement trade marketing plan for relevant channels and product categories
- Mobilize cross-function partners, influence in all directions with counterparts to build and realize broader business strategy
- Ensure product and sample forecast accuracy
- Trade Marketing plan development to support product sales
- Track A&P budget to maximize ROI
- Bachelor's Degree with focus in Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product marketing and brand management from MNC, preferably in Beauty/ FMCG. Experience in market research is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of planning and implementing various marketing programs, solid experience on market data analysis is a plus.
- Strategic individuals with strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with strong drive to strive for excellence, detailed-minded and results-driven.
- Understand omni-channel retailing.
- An independent self-starter and enthusiastic team player at the same time
- Able to compose impactful communications with fluency in English & Cantonese.
