Job description

- In charge of meeting rooms booking, maintain reception area and meeting rooms in a neat and tidy fashion
- Take charge of courier activities and mailroom dispatch and arrangement
- Provide excellent customer service standard in handling all in-coming telephone calls.
- Manage stationary and pantry supplies, including regular stock-take for office consumables
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required


- Diploma / Degree holder with hands on experience in administration / reception work is preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and communicate well with all levels of staff
- Responsible and attentive to details, mature and well-organized
- Good command of spoken and written in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
