They are now seeking for an energetic professional to oversee the regional C&B functions.

Lead a small team to manage C&B services for APAC region.
Work closely with payroll vendor to perform payroll execution and review.
Master and maintain HRIS system, ensure accurate payroll information and employee data.
Work with cross functional team on position evaluation and drive consistency base on established job level & rank.
Analyze salary survey and bonus schemes, advise and ensure equitable and competitive C&B structures.
Prepare employee cost report and manage tax calculation.
Assist in budgeting, headcount planning and C&B projects.
Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant disciplines.
At least 6 years C&B experience from multinational companies or sizable corporations, with regional and supervisory experience.
Hands on experience in regional C&B and payroll management.
Strong numerical sense, analytical with excellent Excel skills.
Energetic and positive with strategic mindset.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
