POSITION PURPOSE
The role of the Recruiter, Hong Kong & Macau is to provide an efficient, streamlined, and high-volume recruitment support to our HK and Macau retail teams. To ensure strong candidate pipeline as well as smooth recruitment process from interview to onboarding provided to our candidates. The role requires someone with superior communication skills, creative and problem solving skills, adherence to the highest standards and an ability to foster excellent relations with others.

Job description

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle full recruitment cycle including end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief, advertising, active-sourcing, screening candidates, arrange & conduct interviews and deliver offer proposals

  • Develop and maintain effective hiring channels (such as campus recruitments) and methodologies for recruitment pipeline

  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities, encourage employees to be brand ambassadors, plan employee referral programs

  • Prepare hiring tracking reports and liaise with hiring manager on the progress

  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast

  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops

  • Work closely with both internal and external parties

  • Attend, organise career and college fairs, and recruitment events to attract potential talents

  • Ad hoc HR projects as required

Profile

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience and proactive resourcing strategies in retail recruitment

  • Proactive and service delivery mindset

  • Fast paced, energetic, friendly and positive attitude

  • Highly practical problem solving with ability to work tasks and projects to completion within set timeframes

  • Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong communicated with fluent English and Cantonese (fluent in Mandarin would be a plus)

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Appreciation to Aesop's approach and a passion for the brand
