Job description

POSITION PURPOSE

Provide analytical and operational support to Reward activities, policies and process in Aesop globally.

Main Responsibilities

- Responsible to collate and perform data analysis (where required) to meet internal, external and cross Brands business reporting requirements - e.g. Equity Pay Studies; UK Gender Pay Gap; Living Wage; People Analytics; pay budget simulation etc.

- Support the development, maintenance (including Reward site on Agora) and training of Reward tools/policies and process that enable business in attracting, inspiring and retaining the right talent.

- Assist in global process delivery (e.g. annual pay/bonus review, Long Service Award etc) ensuring award is delivered in alignment with global principles and guidelines.

- Own operational Reward activities such as market survey data submission; pay ranges refresh etc

- Support ad-hoc Reward projects as assigned from time to time.

Profile

Requirements:

- Degree holder major in maths / analytics field preferred

- Experience in HR or business analytics

- Excellent logical and critical thinking skills; fluent English; advanced Excel and Power Point user; highly attentive to details (data accuracy is critical)

- Experience in beauty / cosmetic or apparel / leather goods retail industry with luxury brands or consulting field and knowledge of Workday system an advantage

Internal stakeholders:

- HR Business Partners & People Service teams

- Reward & Global Mobility teams across Group / Brands

- Cross functional teams (Finance/Tax, Legal, Retail Operation, IT etc)

External service providers:

Market data; tax advice; benefits management; global mobility support etc - Provide timely and credible data analysis and reporting support

- Support training on Reward tools and process

- Seek feedback to drive improvements in delivery of Aesop Reward initiatives
