Job description

Achieve brand objectives by developing and implementing journey-based omni-channel marketing strategy including digital, communications, CRM and retail promotion. As the head of marketing, build a strong marketing team and collaborate with different strategic partners to deliver brand value and drive growth.
Reports to: Brand Director, IPSA
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategy and plans to drive brand development & sales growth
- Responsible for overall brand positioning, orchestrate and manage all products launches and marketing activities according to business needs
- Lead all marketing efforts including digital marketing, content marketing, customer experience and promotion strategies in omnichannel approach through integrated campaigns to build brand positioning
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize customer satisfaction across all marketing channels, maintain customer relationship to enhance customer loyalty
- Lead the marketing team to develop and execute annual marketing and digital plans to achieve business goals
- Provide regular coaching and guidance to the marketing team (direct and indirect reporting) to enhance their strategic thinking, drive efficient execution and delivering the brand promise
- Deliver business impact by managing A&P budget efficiency, prioritizing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI
- Develop an in-depth understanding to anticipate market trends and understand consumer purchase behavior to be able to identify the gap in current marketing strategy and explore new marketing opportunities

Profile

- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of solid and relevant experience in brand and digital marketing, well versed in eCommerce and beauty industry
- Strategic thinking, excellent analytical skills, and attention to details
- Deep understanding of digital and prestige beauty industry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong knowledge in digital marketing and database marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels
