Senior Manager - Marketing, Shiseido And Drunk Elephant

Job description

This role will be responsible for conceptualize innovative and customer-centric experience and activities that engage consumers and meet brand objectives. Create data-backed content for launch/repush campaign and always-on branded assets. Amplify brand equity manifestation in physical touchpoints and uphold brand image via VM

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of unique customer experience
  • Drive and develop on-brand content that align with brand objectives and strategies
  • In-charge of Social media (FB, IG, Weibo and Wechat) and brand.com management to drive customer engagement
  • Work closely with agencies to create engaging social and digital media contents, including production and execution which drive maximum ROI
  • Manage content distribution to different touch points to drive maximum reach and impact
  • Develop effective customer communications via CRM campaign including email & SMS
  • Analyze and evaluate the content performance to drive improvements
  • Ensure all content is delivered on time and within budget
  • Stay up-to-date with content trends and analytics to generate new content ideas
  • Develop VM materials to amplify brand and product merchandising according to headquarter guidelines and marketing needs
  • Formulate year-round KOL strategy based on brand Shiseido's target consumer segments and their affinities
  • Maintain good relationship with media partners and KOLs
Requirements:

  • Bachelor' degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in product marketing and agency, beauty industry background will be preferred
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, strong ownership and strong collaboration with internal & external stakeholders
  • Ability to measure and monitor performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against ROI and KPIs; project planning and management
  • Customer-centric and strive for excellence mindset. Obsessed with consumer engagement and experience
  • Strong sensitivity to beauty and aesthetics
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
