Job description

Responsible for growing ecommerce and omnichannel customers revenue for all brands in SHK. He/she will drive enterprise strategy across both online and offline channels via innovative digital tactics and responsible for entire customer experience through online & offline.
Report to: Director, Digital Shared Services
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and work with brands on execution of the eCommerce & Omnichannel strategy which includes objectives, vision, roadmap and KPIs
- Orchestrate and manage all aspects of the brand's strategic ecommerce plan by synergising group resources in marketing, analytics and technology to deliver world-class brand and shopping experience for all customers
- Manage the overall customer experience; including, but not limited to site navigation, conversion funnel, interactive customer services, etc.
- Work with brands, other functional departments and team members to effectively implement diverse, creative solutions that drive growth and optimization
- Monitor and analyze all performance metrics related to the ecommerce & omnichannel; including, but not limited to, KPIs related to sales, index on consumer experience, etc.
- Provide thought leadership, innovation, and process optimization initiatives such as implementing ecommerce solutions and other industry best practices
- Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunity beyond current brands offering

Profile

- Degree in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or Business-related field
- 8+ business experience with demonstrated experience in e-commerce
- Broad leadership skills to manage and interface effectively across multiple levels of leadership
- Strong communication skills; organized; process-oriented
- Strong management experience, analytical skills, process management skills
- Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated strengths managing across boundaries (internal and external)
- Ability to lead, motivate, and encourage teamwork
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
