Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, Fragrance & Beauty Products, North Asia, you will provide strategic guidance to the markets in North Asia by building a robust Category blueprint and roadmap and to identify new source of growth and influence Global Stakeholders accordingly.

Marketing Strategy & Annual Planning
- Build the category growth framework and support the development of the strategic plan for North Asia in collaboration with markets.
- Shape category services strategy including target-setting for key performance indicators.
- Define marketing plan and marketing calendar for the region.
- Deep-dive competitive landscape analysis to ensure marketing strategy and product & campaign plan are tailored to market nuances and trends.
- Recommend the targeted guideline in line for effective drive of category growth for each market.
- Establish event guideline framework with Manager and govern ad hoc request on the strategy, and venues selection.
- Identifying new Advertising and Promotion opportunity for the region.
- Orchestrate Global, Regional, and Market teams on ongoing and future activities including assortment management, calendar and product planning, and pricing strategy.
- Drive effectiveness of marketing plans through monitoring and analysis of campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Analysis of investment effectiveness.
- Being the strategic voice and influence in shaping the business of Fragrance & Beauty Products.
- Partnering with business stakeholders across the organisation, building relationship and influencing in a highly collaborative, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
- Embodying and delivering the ultimate luxury experience to clients.
- Thinking innovatively of different ways to approach projects & challenges, leveraging insights, data, and strategic planning to translate vision into practical plans and deliverables.
- Building and leading teams aligned with a shared vision.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably in the Luxury or Beauty industries.
- Passion for the Beauty industry - good knowledge of products and trends across the landscape.
- Strong business acumen to develop the marketing strategy with a long-term view.
- Possess a brand-building mindset with client at the heart.
- Experience across strategy to execution - hands-on experience working with data, strategic briefs, and ground-level operations.
- Curiosity to learn and thrive in fast-paced, diverse, and multicultural work environment.
- Strong communication skill to articulate complex topic among multi-cultural team and matrix environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, or Korean is a plus.
