2. Be an active member of the implementation team(s), instilling process knowledge and understanding within each brand - ensuring adoption, considering and analyzing brand- specific requests, tracking engagement and risks.
3. Help ensure the shift to an organization with strong retail capability that is focused on the performance metrics of sales, turn and margin - by having a strong understanding of retail math and the reports available to drive the analytics and dashboards.
4. Ensure brand and associate adoption of processes, and encourage, facilitate and document continuous improvement.
5. Partner with external vendors and IT team on implementation of new systems, facilitating UAT and be the first point of contact for end user support.
6. Ensure connectivity with the brand cross-functional departments, Supply Chain, Retail Ops, Data & Analytics and Sourcing to drive improved business operations.
Participate in setting the strategy for annual and 5-year goals for Merchandising Operations.
