The Role:
The role will work closely with various parties to drive a successful new product launch, initiate integrated marketing plans and develop robust trade marketing strategies and promotions.
- Drive innovative and customer-centric marketing programs of new launches that engage consumers and meet brand objectives
- Measure and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Formulate acquisition plan to accelerate business growth
- Develop and implement commercial, promotion plan and retail events to ensure alignment with brand direction
- Develop and implement retail marketing strategies and trade marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement in-store visual merchandising plan and ensure flawless execution
- Plan and execute GWP and sampling; conduct budget and forecast
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent implementation of marketing initiatives

- University graduate in Marketing, Communication or related discipline;
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience within the beauty/luxury industry is highly preferred
- Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills
- Result-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
- Customer-centric and strive for excellence mindset
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
