The role

To support our makeup brand NARS, we are currently recruiting an Senior Officer - Marketing. The incumbent plays a critical role in the management of brand website, including traffic driving and customer experience enhancement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement Brand Digital Marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive online traffic to the brand's website, e-retailer websites, ensure the ultimate consumer experience on customer-facing brand digital platforms and always-on digital experiences


• Manage and maintain Brand.com to ensure the content to be updated timely and efficient in targeting prospects and existing audiences to drive eCommerce business


• Develop, implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across digital channels


• Align and define overall digital objectives across Advertising, PR, Social Media and CRM


• Adopt new digital technologies and Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, display, SEO, SEM and programmatic to maximize efficiency


Job Requirements:


• Degree holder in Marketing, Communication or other related


• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and eCommerce


• Beauty or fashion retail industry experience is highly preferred


• Pro-active, creative, dynamic, customer centricity and self-disciplined with a positive attitude


• A team player and a result-oriented person


• Excellent analytical abilities


• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
