Job description

A reputable luxury retail brand has a new headcount for their CRM team.

Well-known luxury fashion brand

Generate analytical reports based on consumer behavior
Leading strategic CRM strategies and customer engagement event


As a leader in CRM analytics and customer engagement program to
develop strategy on VIP acquisition, retention and recovery.

Proactively identify segmentation of customer profiles to generate insights for retail team to drive purchases from customers on regular basis.

Based on behavioral analysis and demographic background of customers to develop unique targeting campaigns and regional events.

Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to refine CRM programs.

Lead CRM Analyst in database management and reporting. Coordinate global CRM initiatives and take up ad hoc projects as required.


Degree holder and minimum 8 years experience in CRM with solid experience in CRM data analytics.
Strong in leadership, hands-on and excellent project management skills. Regional experience is essential.
Advance skills in data analytics. Knowledge in developing CRM reports.
Strong communicator and able to interpret data to Sr. Management and counter parts.
Enthusiastic, strong interpersonal skills and passionate in luxury industry.
Excellent in written and spoken English and Putonghua.
