- Responsible for first and second level SAP system support, trouble-shooting and training service especially for Finance and Controlling modules, system change request analysis, solution proposal, system configuration
- Responsible for enhancement solution design, prepare functional specification and testing
- Finance month-end and year-end system support for Asia Pacific countries
- Closely follow the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing goals
- Determine methods and procedures on new assignments
- Identify, document, highlight and escalate issues related to FICO
- Cooperate with team member from other modules such as SD, MM and BW
- Degree holder, major in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
- Strong technical knowledge in SAP and business process in fashion and retail industries
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in SAP Consulting (major in FICO module) and implement at least 2 full cycles SAP
- Certification in SAP FICO and experience in SDMM, ABAP and S4/HANA is a definite advantage
- User support and help desk experience
- Working experience in e-bank interface is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and strong problem solving skill
- Team working with excellent Interpersonal and communication skill
