REPORTING TO: (business title of the hiring mgr.) Assistant Training Manager

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

To assist Training Manager to implement training eco-system to sales operations and sales staff in different brands across the region to fulfill their training needs and cope with their business strategies. Meanwhile, support HR to carry out HR global initiatives to retail force.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Include but not limited to
- Assist to identify different brands' training needs of responsible brands
- Build partnership with retail team to better understand and fulfill their training needs
- Collaborate with the team and leverage VFRA resources to develop, localize, update the training courseware that cope with the development of business and company strategies
- Deliver interactive driven training programs and provide field coaching for retail team to drive behavior change in order to give a financial impact
- Implement and monitor post-training follow up and coach the key stakeholders on the follow up tools usage to ensure ongoing feedback and improvement in place
- Evaluate training effectiveness from retail KPI and people perspectives and identify the area of improvement to keep the eco-system running
- Maintain updated training database and advise technical guidelines to better monitor and enhance training productivity
- Participate in various training and HR projects/initiatives (e.g. retail career development journey / talent development / GJF)
- Support mobile learning platform to fulfill new generation's learning needs WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
