Merchandising Administrator/ Assistant Merchandiser

Job Duties:

* Gather vendors supporting documents and input the data in the system
* Maintain vendors data accuracy and completed, inline with company compliance standard
* Provide and prepare administrative documents of factory registration process to Compliance Team
* Assist in data maintenance and update for vendors contact details and capacity record
* Perform ad hoc clerical and administrative support like meeting and presentation ppt as required
* Provide admin support to the sourcing team


* Diploma or above
* Minimum 2 years experience in a buying office / trading / manufacturing industry is an advantage
* Excellent computer literacy and MS Office skills (skilled / knowledge in Excel & Powerpoint)
* Detailed minded fast learner with analytical mind, good organisational and communication skills
* ble to work independently and multi tasked
* Well organised, self motivated and details orientated
* Good team player and an individual contributor
* Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
