Job description
What you'll do:
- To increase company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration
- Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives
- Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programmes, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets
- Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programmes with marketing and commercial departments
- Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team
- Manage usage and forecast of promotion materials and monitor monthly promotion budget
- Stay up-to-date with market, consumers& competitors in order to propose relevant and innovative solutions
- Lead BTL plan development and manage promotional calendar including follow up, logistics and execution support
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in trade marketing; beauty and consumer industries preferred
- Strong sense on retail dynamics
- Analytical and sensitive to numbers; good knowledge of excel
- Excellent coordination and collaborative skills to work with different functional teams
- Motivated and self-driven
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Less experienced candidates can be considered as Assistant Trade Marketing Manager
