Job description

The Commercial Assistant acts as an interface between the Area Sales Manager, Retailers/Customers & internal teams to provide reliable support to the commercial team across a full range of commercial activities.


  • Responsible for providing Administrative Support to the Sales/Commercial Team for Greater China
  • Responsible for raising all Purchase Requisition (PR) / NSP for expenses related to the running of business
  • Assisting Area Sales Manager to follow up and keep track of POs received from retailers to ensure timely submission
  • Compile and consolidate department trends from retailers and sales analysis to prepare for monthly meeting / store visit factsheet preparation
  • Working with Marketing Team to access new launches information for preparation of paperwork required at retailers end and/or testers for counters
  • Prepare and assist in the filling of templates for various accounts and ensure that orders from retailers are accurate
  • Allocate sample products (e.g. Goods with Purchase, self-assembled bags) accordingly to regions and respective counter doors
  • Work closely with Retail & Education Team to prepare for training gifts and provide timely update on BCs movement in the region (new hire or resignation)
  • Compile and consolidate Beauty Advisors' purchase items, incentives and voucher pay-out
  • Tracking and monitoring of POSMs and to ensure optimum usage and accurate allocation
  • Any other ad-hoc matters assigned

  • Min. Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills with ability to communicate with internal & external parties
  • Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to details
  • Strong command of oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
