As our business across Asia Pacific grows and diversifies, we are looking for a Wholesale Business Analyst who will be responsible for monitoring, interrogating, analysing, and reporting on the data we get from our franchise and wholesale partners to inform our decision making, helping to ensure we are maximising our sales across the region. You will own data, capturing local trends, buying patterns and sales performance. The role will suit someone who is interested in fashion retail and who is driven, proactive, with a can-do attitude. This role will involve managing several projects at any one time and therefore the successful candidate will be able to multi-task and be able to work well in a busy environment.\n

Main responsibilities

  • Develop insight through building and using system reports to support decision with the sales teams to improve wholesale sales, retail sell out and customer KPI\u2019s.\n\t
  • Build good relationship with wholesale partners to understand and capture local trends, buying patterns and promotional activities.\n\t
  • Ensure that information required from the Wholesale partners is submitted to Superdry on time and accurately.\n\t
  • Accurately forecast buy budgets according to previous season wholesale and franchise sales performance and Superdry targets.\n\t
  • Analyze wholesale product and sales data to identify areas of growth within categories and give recommendations to the sales team.\n\t
  • Deliver insight and analysis for existing or potential new markets, helping to build a business plan for the territory which covers all aspects of the Superdry business from product to profit.\n\t
  • Closely track the inventory\/stock levels and best sellers to proactively propose in season replenishment and ensure that inventory levels are at a recommended rate.\n\t
  • Manage and update the store database.\n\t
  • Quickly learn the product world of Superdry and develop a great understanding of the right merchandise mix.\n\t
  • Participate or lead the ad-hoc project to support the business growth.\n\t
  • Manage the day-to-day workings of the office and budgeting of services required for the office.\n\n

    Ideal candidate

    • \n\t
    • Ideally from a background of working within wholesale across APAC\n\t
    • Used to working with ordering systems, ideally in Looker, Styleman or Oracle is an advantage\n\t
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced level in Excel and Power BI\n\t
    • Able to work with numbers and large volumes of data and confident in making information-based decisions\n\t
    • Diligent and with excellent attention to detail\n\t
    • Able to learn and challenge the status quo\n\t
    • Happy to work in a fast paced and challenging environment\n\t
    • Able to work well as part of a team\n\t
    • An excellent communicator with planning skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload\n\t
    • Enthusiastic and determined, with a team spirit and positive attitude\n\t
