Ba&sh Asia office opened in early 2017 and has already successfully launched 20 stores in Hong Kong, Macau and China, as well as its flagship store on Tmall. Its aim is now to continue its development in Greater China and to seek new expansion opportunities in APAC.

Job description

Based within Asia headquarter in Hong Kong, you will be part of the regional team overviewing the wholesale and master-franchise development, under the supervision of the Head of Strategy and Development.

Main responsibilities include:

- Business development :

•Find new W/S and master-franchise partners
•Be the key interlocutor of all W/S & master-franchise partners (Japan, Taïwan, Singapore, Malaysia for the W/S, Australia for the master-franchise) and the headquarters in Paris
•Handle the collection presentation and wholesale commercial follow-up

- Business Management :

•Follow up daily performances and KPIs of the different partners
•Set up and implement action plans to improve the performances
•Monitor the P&L and budget

- Strategy:

•Implement digital marketing strategy
•Participate in the elaboration of the APAC wholesale strategy
•Handle ad hoc projects related to wholesale and master-franchise
•Introduce the projects to the top management in Paris

Profile

  • Master’s degree in Commerce / International Business
  • 2/3 years’ experience in Wholesale
  • At least 2 years in fashion / retail industry
  • Previous experience in China
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Polyvalent, flexible, open-minded and generalist mind-set
  • Independent, well-organized and result-oriented
  • Fluent in English
  • Dependant VISA / Working VISA
